Often, the color of the sky and the color of the water are the same. Because the water reflects the sky. Water, of course, is actually clear. But not when there's a lot of it in one place.
Sometimes, when you look directly at certain water, it looks exactly like you.

ReplyDeleteseriously though, when i was a kid i thought it was fascinating that the sky isn't actually blue. it's just air, you know? it's no color at all. it's just a reflection of the water or something. but water isn't really blue either. when it's in a glass. but it's blue in the ocean. even though the ocean floor is tan, the color of sand.
wait, why are the sea and the sky blue? i don't get it anymore. air and water are both NOT blue. what gives?
